Where exactly does the journey begin?
Pick-up is at your place of residence or at the village of Moraira Respol station.
Free service if you are staying between Calpe and Denia on the coast and as far inland as Jalon.
​Is the departure time fixed?
Everything is adjustable. Departure times are approximate; I am entirely at your disposal, especially if it's about arriving at the right time for sunrise or sunset.
Can I bring my own food?
Come with what you love. Whether it's for a trip without tasting or as a complement to what I offer in the Sunset Aperitif , Romance , and Tasting packages.
Is it possible to modify a route?
Of course. The trips offered are invitations to dream. So you can personalize your dream as you wish. Shorter or longer, more or fewer stops...
How do I choose my departure time based on the sunset time?
I'll take care of it. Choose any time slot when you make your request, and I'll suggest the best time, depending on the weather, sunset time for the selected day, and your location.
How many people can accompany me?
There's only one 2CV, my father's. Seating is limited to four people, including me, your driver and guide. That leaves you with three seats: one in the front and two in the back.
Can my pet come?
All animals are welcome. They will be allowed on your lap or beside you, provided they are dry, clean, and kept on a leash for the duration of the journey in the 2CV to avoid any sudden reactions.
Is there a minimum or maximum age requirement?
The 2CV is a collector's item, preserved in its original condition. In 1984, safety standards were not the same for transporting all types of passengers, especially babies and children.
The vehicle does not have a system for attaching child seats or bassinets, nor rear seat belts.
What are the contraindications?
Yes, and that's only due to the terrain and the 2CV.
Therefore, I only advise against the roads leading to Tarbena and Guadalest to avoid altitude sickness.
For people with back pain or stiff neck, the 2CV is strongly discouraged (although nobody complained about it in 1960).
What are my guarantees?
No surprises and if any unforeseen event occurs, everything is resolved without any problem.
Change of time, day, route, or cancellation. Changes along the route, passenger insurance, unexpected breaks...
The final payment is only made at the end of the trip , not before.
How is the payment secured?
Payments by credit card for the deposit and the balance are not made by a dedicated and secure provider, Stripe to Pay, and an invoice is issued by us.
The balance payment can be made in cash.
Is my data being used?
No data is collected for resale or commercial exploitation.
Only the data necessary for the organization of your trip is used.
What should I plan for the trip?
Sunglasses, a cap or hat, and your camera ready to go. If you're on any medication, don't forget it.
For access to the Picnics, bring shoes suitable for walking (closed and with a minimum of grip).
Outside of the summer season, bring a sweater depending on the forecast temperature.
Is it possible to pick me up at my home?
All trips can start from your place of residence within a 20km radius of the centre of Moraira.
Between Calpe and Denia on the coast, up to Jalon/Xalo inland.
What are the possible departure cities?
This only applies to trips offered to towns and villages. The journey is from town to town, round trip.
Possible departure cities/locations are Moraira/Portet, Teulada/Benissa, Javea/Xabia, Jalon/Xalo, and Calpe (and surrounding areas). Altea, Guadalest, and Denia are not available as pick-up locations: it is possible to travel to Altea, but not to depart from Altea.
How is the price of a trip between cities calculated?
The price is calculated based on the usual travel time to reach the chosen city, as well as the minimum 30-minute off-road journey. The 2-hour time spent on site is calculated on a shorter basis.
Is the trip privatized, regardless of the package?
It's just you and your guests on board. I am at your complete disposal throughout the journey as your guide, interpreter, and advisor.
