In Moraira, radios and record players blared with the sounds of the group Venus, the yé-yé music of José Guardiola, the copla of Juanito Valderrama, the Mambo, the Cha-cha-cha, and the Bolero. A clear Latin influence, hence the enormous success of Ritchie Valens' La Bamba.

The playlist includes the first foreign track

to reach number 1 on the Spanish charts.

This dates back to exactly 1959, to the beginning of the Sixties.
